  • You may only register a return after you have physically received the product.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing the product is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed and will not be accepted as a valid return.

2. Return Procedure

To file a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us at info@jeansylviemontreal.ca within 30 days after receiving your item to register your return.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking to avoid lost packages.

3. Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected at the supplier’s return address, we will process your refund. Refund details:

  • The refund will be issued within 14 days after approval.

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Liability

Please note the following responsibility guidelines:

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier if the customer did not receive them.

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address mistakes must be reported within 24 hours after placing your order.
