Trying on items is allowed, but wearing the product is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed and will not be accepted as a valid return.
2. Return Procedure
To file a return, please follow the steps below:

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees.

We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking to avoid lost packages.
3. Refunds
After the returned item has been received and inspected at the supplier’s return address, we will process your refund. Refund details:
